A life coaching/consulting discovery meeting is a free, 30 minute session designed to help you explore your goals, challenges, and whether coaching/consulting aligns with your needs. During this virtual meeting (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), we’ll introduce ourselves, discuss your vision and obstacles, and outline how my process could support your growth. You’ll also have time to ask questions and determine if we’re a good fit. To prepare, reflect on what you hope to achieve and any barriers you’re facing. After the session, you’ll receive a follow-up email summarizing key insights, with optional next steps to continue coaching. The meeting is flexible—reschedule up to 24 hours in advance—and entirely confidential, focused on your journey in a judgment-free space. Ready to begin?
